About Me

Who I Am

Hello, I'm Tracy Larsen, a Senior Companion and Wellness Support Consultant based in South Jordan, Utah.  I created Young at Heart Companion Care to help seniors feel supported, uplifted, and truly cared for in the comfort of their own homes.

My Approach to Care

I believe that great companion care is built on:
  • Compassion
  • Respect
  • Patience
  • Connection
  • Joy
My goal is to help seniors stay independent, engaged, and confident, while offering families peace of mind knowing their loved one is in gentle, capable hands.

What I Do

Through Young at Heart Companion Care, I provide:

  • Meaningful companionship
  • Wellness-focused routines
  • Light homemaking and meal prep
  • Help with daily tasks and organization
  • Gentle encouragement to stay active
  • Support for emotional and spiritual well-being
Whether we're sharing stories, preparing a meal, enjoying a walk, or organizing a cozy space, I strive to make each visit calm, uplifting, and joyful.

Why I Love This Work

I have a background in health promotion and a lifelong passion for mentoring, serving, and connecting with older adults. Seniors deserve more than just help-they deserve dignity, purpose, and companionship.  Bringing that into someone's home is an honor I don't take lightly.

My clients often tell me they feel happier, calmer, and more at ease after our time together.  That is the heart of my work.

My Promise to You

I will always;
  • Treat your loved one with kindness and respect
  • Listen without judgment
  • Show up with consistency and care
  • Encourage wellness in gentle, realistic ways
  • Create moments of joy, comfort, and connection
I'm here to support both seniors and their families through every season of aging.

Let's Connect

If you're looking for warm, dependable companion care or would like to learn more about my services, I'd be happy to talk.
Together, we can help your loved one stay young at heart -every day.

Find a fun workout video on YouTube that fits your pace and personality. Do a little gardening when the weather cooperates—digging, planting, and watering all count as exercise. Turn on your favorite tunes and dance around the kitchen. It’s joyful, spontaneous, and great for the heart. Use a printable workout routine you...
